Dan Lantry is a former law firm partner and general counsel who formed Lantry & Associates, LLC in May 2017. Before starting the firm, Dan was General Counsel of a private, multi-national company that is a world leader in contract sterilization services, gamma technology and laboratory testing services.
After receiving his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Dan practiced at two large international firms. As an Associate and then a Partner at McDermott, Will & Emery, Dan advised healthcare and life sciences companies on a broad range of transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters.
As a corporate legal executive, Dan has served in positions of increasing responsibility with leading companies, including Kaiser Permanente, Covidien (now part of Medtronic) and Baxter International before most recently serving as General Counsel at Sterigenics International (now Sotera Health).
